and psychologically safe learning environments that support a wide range of learning needs and encourages meaningful reflection, even in high pressure or high resistance environments.
As part of her current portfolio, Shevy teaches senior military staff and civil service professionals on strategic leadership courses such as Royal College of Defence Studies – a globally respected institution that prepares senior leaders from nearly 50 nations for strategic leadership roles. Her work here focuses on equipping decision
makers to lead with awareness, integrity and accountability.
Collaborative Design
Shevy works in partnership with organisations to co-create training that meets their specific requirements.
