Hi, I'm Shevy

Wellbeing and Inclusion Specialist Educator

Throughout her career, Shevy has worked in diverse roles within the NHS, education sector and civil service, supporting people through health challenges, social disconnection, and systemic barriers. She designs and delivers engaging training for workplaces, schools, and community groups, specialising in inclusive practice, mental health, stress resilience, effective communication and conflict resolution.

Alongside her teaching, Shevy offers one-to-one and group wellbeing sessions rooted in compassion, connection, and whole-person care. Her work is grounded in person-centred principles and informed by her deep understanding of how stress, trauma and social and systemic dynamics affect our bodies, minds and relationships.

Shevy’s approach combines professional rigour with warmth and insight. Whether she’s working with senior leaders on inclusive culture, facilitating emotional wellbeing sessions for young people, or guiding individuals through periods of burnout or disconnection, her focus is on creating spaces where people feel safe, seen and empowered.

Through Sankhara, Shevy offers a range of services designed to support individual wellbeing, organisational health, and inclusive culture, always rooted in care, connection and practical change. She is proud to bring a uniquely integrated approach to personal and collective wellbeing.
