Yoga Workshops

Nourishing | Accessible | Inclusive

These slow, nourishing workshops offer a space to pause and replenish. Each one is thoughtfully themed, blending accessible wellbeing insights, asana practice and guided meditation. With themes like rest and recovery, stress release and connection these sessions offer a supportive, inclusive space. Workshops can be tailored to your specific needs, and can be booked privately for groups, wellbeing days, workplaces or events. Rhythms: An exploratory journey focusing on how we become out of sync with our natural cycles and the adverse effects of that disconnect on mind and body. Includes fuel and movement, hormones, seasonal and circadian rhythms. Surrender -Exploring the sleep & stress connection and how to release stress and promote sleep. Reconnect- An awakening journey to reconnect with yourself through reanimation of body and practices. Release – An exploration of how stress builds, how it affects the nervous system, and how to control and release it. Rest - A nurturing journey to replenish the mind, body, and spirit. Promote balance, encourage relaxation, and learn practical tools to create a healthier relationship with rest. Lunar – focused on aligning with the lunar cycles to promote deeper sleep and inner balance.
