Sankhara offers structured, skills-based courses that help people understand and manage the foundations of their wellbeing. Courses cover sleep, stress, emotional regulation, energy and mood. These aren’t just concepts; they are skills that you can learn, practice and apply in daily life. Shevy’s approach integrates both psychological insights with physiological awareness. She brings these concepts to life in an accessible way to help you to understand how hormones, nervous system responses and the rhythms of the body shape how we think, feel and connect. With a deep understanding of the connection and overlap in mind and body, Shevy supports people through challenges, change or more chronic struggles with clarity, compassion and actionable practical tools.
Course Info
Courses are available for adults, teens, and groups. For children, I recommend a bespoke programme.
Course duration is typically 6 weeks but can be tailored to fit in with you. Courses are held on Teams.

Release
A Stress Reset Course
Explore simple ways to reset. Release is a grounded evidence informed space to help you shift out of survival mode and into ease. The course provides insights on the neuroscience and the physiology of stress to help you understand what’s happening in your body and gives you the insight and tools to reset your nervous system in a manageable way, breaking through common barriers and building your personal stress release toolkit through: • Cognitive tools to soothe the nervous system • Stress releasing movement and somatic practices • Mindfulness and meditation made manageable • Yin-inspired foods and rituals to activate your body’s rest responses You’ll leave with a bespoke stress reset plan designed to fit into real life.
Slumber
A Sleep Support Course
Find deep restorative rest. Slumber is a gentle, research-based journey into reclaiming restful sleep. The course explores how sleep works, why it sometimes doesn’t, and what you can do to support it, naturally, compassionately, and sustainably. Through movement, breath, and practical habit-building, we’ll help your body and mind return to a rhythm that feels good. Blending sleep science with soothing practices, this course unpacks why you struggle to switch off and helps you gently reclaim the rest you need. Together we’ll explore: • Sleep physiology and biology • Breathwork that truly helps you drop into sleep • The real reasons behind poor sleep, and how to shift them • Grounding evening rituals and gentle movement to settle your body You’ll leave with your own calming evening ritual that works for your life and your body.
Rise
A Mood Management Course
Support your mood with simple steady shifts. Rise offers a grounded, whole-person approach to understanding and supporting your mood. This course explores how emotional states are shaped by your body, thoughts, and environment and learn practical tools to feel more balanced, motivated, and connected. Whether you’re navigating low mood, stuck energy or emotional ups and downs, Rise supports you in understanding what’s behind the shifts, and how to gently create more balance. You’ll explore: • The true roots of mood: body, brain, and environment • How to notice and shift emotional patterns • Movement and breath to regulate and uplift • Foods that fuel your mood, and how to eat to support yourself • Connection, gratitude, and the science of emotional resilience You’ll leave with a mood-support plan tailored to your specific needs and experiences.
Calm
A Breathwork for Anxiety Course
Tools to anchor and ease. Calm is a gentle, supportive course designed to ease anxious thoughts and help you reconnect to a steadier internal rhythm. Using simple science backed techniques, you’ll explore how to recognise when anxiety is an appropriate useful response and how to work in harmony with your body to soften tension, slow busy thoughts and return to balance. You’ll learn: • How breath and anxiety interact (and how to interrupt the cycle) • Movement + breath to release held tension • Stillness practices to soothe racing thoughts • Visualisation and grounding breathwork for moments of overwhelm • How to build a breath toolkit for daily calm and emergency grounding You’ll leave with a tailored toolkit to help you combat anxious moments in a way that works for you.
Believe
A Confidence & Self-Worth Course
Spot and shift limiting beliefs. Believe is a space to gently rebuild trust in yourself and reconnect with a clearer, more assured version of yourself. Rooted in psychology and compassion led principles, this course helps you understand how self-worth develops, how it gets challenged and how to grow it with care and clarity. We will explore: • Where confidence comes from and how to build and grow it from within • How to challenge the inner critic and let go of limiting beliefs • Reframing and self-soothing tools for moments of doubt • Boundaries as an act of self-respect and how to hold them • Embodied movement to practise claiming space, power, and presence You’ll leave with practical tools and new perspectives and the beginnings of a more confident and grounded relationship to self.
