Feeling stuck, stressed or in need of a reset? The Wellbeing Booster is a one off 90 min session designed to bring clarity, calm and direction. This session is ideal for those who might not need the full support of mentoring, but perhaps need some respite and realignment. Together we will explore what’s going on for you, gently uncover what you need most here and now, and create simple, empowering steps to move forward. You’ll leave with practical tools for your specific challenge, a co-created action plan, and a personalised guided practice. Available online and in person 90 min -£115

Personalised Meditations and Sleep Stories

Shevy designs and creates personalised sleep stories, guided meditations, and bedtime rituals tailored to your little one’s world, weaving in the people, themes, and details that make them feel safe and calm. Having experienced the struggles of challenging bedtimes first-hand, she understands how challenging it can be to soothe restless minds whether they belong to children or to adults. Alongside stories for young listeners, Shevy also creates bespoke guided meditations for adults, built around a personalised theme or atmosphere, offering a gentle, grounding way to unwind at the end of the day.
